How does pricing and delivery work?

How do I become a broker or correspondent?

Broker Relationship:

This relationship allows the brokering party to originate home loans that meet CPM and agency guidelines. The originating party is responsible for documenting the file, while CPM closes the loan in CPM’s name, uses CPM’s funds to fund the transaction and compensates the brokering party for their origination.

Correspondent Relationship:

This type of relationship allows the correspondent to originate and close in their own name and fund the transaction with the correspondent’s funds. CPM then purchases the whole loan from the correspondent after auditing the file to ensure all CPM and agency guidelines are met.
